Service Manager
Alysha Pecaut - Alysha leads a team of 7 professionally trained service technicians in the Ste. Gen service department. Beginning her career in 2003 at our Perryville location, Alysha then transferred to our Ste. Gen location after Perryville closed. Alysha has been in the service dept since 2006 and has recently been promoted to Service Manager.

Technicians
Jeremy Eckenfels - Certified in both Stihl and Tiger equipment, along with his expertise in hydraulics and electrical applications, Jeremy is an invaluable part of our service team. Since 2003, Jeremy has been with Crown Equipment providing excellent service on our agricultural, commercial and consumer products.

Jim Koetting- Jim graduated with honors from Linn Technical College in 1992. Jim brought over 11 years of technical experience before starting with Crown Equipment in 2003. Because of his vast knowledge in hydraulics, electrical, welding and fabrication, he quickly became our resident expert on servicing our governmental contracts.

Terry Schwent - Since joining Crown Equipment in 2006, Terry has become certified in Stihl maintenance, completing his expertise in small engine repair. Terry also brings years of experience in over-the-road hauling and is invaluable to our service department in providing pick up and delivery service for all of our service department needs.

Kevin Jung - Kevin has been our primary field technician since he started with Crown Equipment in 2005, and is required to go out on service calls with minimal information regarding the repair. This requires Kevin to stay up to date on the latest training available to be able to quickly diagnose and repair a wide variety of agricultural, commercial and consumer units. Because of his constant training, Kevin is also fully trained to service our governmental contracts.

Gary Hammer - Since starting in 2006, Gary has been a huge asset to our service department. Gary demonstrates a keen sense of detail and precision which is carried out in his daily assignments in the service department. His flexibility ranges from detailing equipment, building maintenance to general customer service.

Joe Koetting – Joe is our newest addition to the Service Dept bringing over 10 years of small engine repair experience to our shop, including Stihl products. Joe also served in the Army Reserve where he was a helicopter repairman, as well as attended school for small engine repair.

Kenny Oswald – Kenny is a 2007 graduate of Wyo-Tech School in Wyoming. Graduating with honors and completing advanced classes in diesel engine repair and technology. Kenny is also certified in electrical, hydraulic and air conditioning. Kenny came to us with experience in truck and trailer repair.

Faron Hanners – Faron joined our service team in 2007, bringing with him 3 years of repair experience on heavy equipment and 4 years on compact construction equipment. Faron also received certification from the College of Diesel Technology.

Brian Hafner - Service Manager
Brian has been with Crown Equipment since 1998 and began his career in the parts department. Brian joined the service department in 2004 as service writer, and has been service manager since 2006. He has an associate degree in automotive and diesel technologies from ITT. 8 years as a technician in the military and management experience with several national chains. He has currently completed John Deere's Advance Service Manager course and has nearly completed Master Certification. Brian is ready and willing to help you find solutions for servicing and repairing your equipment.

Mary Weiss – Mary has been with Crown Equipment since 2006 and serves as our Service Clerk in our service department. Mary brought over 8 years accounting experience prior to coming to Crown Equipment and uses that experience to maintain the accounting at our Farmington location.

Brian Boyd (Chuck) has been a member of the service department since 2001. He brings with him 2 years of Ford New Holland experience, and is able to work on various makes of agricultural and construction equipment. Certified in A/C, hydraulics, and electrical, he is currently working on completing his Master Technician Certificate. Being a hay producer himself, he understands the needs of farmers and is always willing to help out. Chuck is John Deere Certified as an Advanced Technician.

Willie Branham (Bucky) joined the service department in 2005, relocating from Georgia where he has 27 years experience in Kubota, Massey (Agricultural/Construction) and Deere Equipment. Certified in A/C, electrical, and hydraulics, he is currently working on his Master Technician Certification. He brings a lifetime of experience in farm production, hay and live stock. Bucky is eager to listen and keep your equipment operating at its peak. Bucky is John Deere Certified as an Advanced Technician.

Jason Huff joined the Crown Equipment service department in 2007. He has the ability to service all of your lawn equipment from riding mowers to trimmers. He is our company’s Ready To Mow specialist, and provides customer support to Lowes and Home Depot. Jason is Silver Certified in Stihl Equipment, and has experience with other makes. Good customer relationship allows him to bring service to your home. Jason currently has a bronze cert. and silver cert. with Stihl.

Keith Bolte became the Crown service department delivery specialist in 2007 with over 20 years of professional driving experience. Whether picking up or delivering, small or large equipment, Keith will handle your equipment with care.

Justin Yount has been with the service department since 2001 and his skills include A/C, electrical, hydraulic certifications, and completion of the John Deere Master Technician Program. Justin’s thirst for knowledge keeps him updated on the latest technologies. This along with his detailed systematic trouble shooting process means less downtime and more productivity.
